Description

Aceclofenac is a synthetic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is a derivative of phenylacetic acid. It is closely related to diclofenac but is considered to be better tolerated in the gastrointestinal tract in some studies. Aceclofenac is known for its potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic (pain-relieving), and antipyretic (fever-reducing) properties. It is available in oral tablets and other formulations.

Indications

Aceclofenac is primarily indicated for the management of pain and inflammation associated with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. Its key indications include:

  • Osteoarthritis: For the symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis.
